Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

European Union Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, and nothing in these Terms limits such rights.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation

If direct negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation through a recognised mediation service in Malta or the EU, with costs shared equally between the parties.

Arbitration

For disputes exceeding €10,000, either party may elect binding arbitration under the rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre, with proceedings conducted in English in Malta.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and qaltrivoxa.top Ltd regarding the use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
